Terms
and Conditions Package hunts require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable thirty days prior to departure for your hunt. I for any reason you should cancel your safari within the first 45 days of booking your deposit will refunded less an administrative charge. After 45 days your hunt is already in the planning and logistics stage ensuring that hunting territories, professional hunters, accommodations, in-land travel between territories, vehicles and permits are all secured for your hunt, as a result if you cancel your deposit will be forfeited to cover our costs and time. Regular Safaris A 50% deposit of the daily rate is required upon booking the hunting safari. The balance is payable by cash or travelers cheque upon completion of the safari. Cancellation If the hunting safari is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following: More than 45 days prior to arrival full refund 30 to 45 days prior to arrival 80% refund of total daily rates 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund of total daily rates Less than 15 days prior to arrival no refund Liability The South African Hunting Outfitter and TnT Xtreme Wildlife Adventures shall not be liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control. . The Hunting Outfitter accepts no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence. The client shall be deemed to have waived, renounced and abandoned any and all right or entitlement, which the client may be entitled to under the provisions of the law of the Republic of South Africa and North America for any loss or damage to person or property. The South African Hunting Outfitter and TnT Xtreme Wildlife Adventures shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of the hunting safari however caused, save only to the extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by the South African Hunting Outfitter or TnT Xtreme Wildlife Adventures negligence. Client Responsibility Clients may not carry any unlawful articles or substances while in South African. If any hunter or observer offends against the prohibitions set out herein, the South African Hunting Outfitter will be entitled to immediately exclude the offending individual from the safari hunting party and the offender will be responsible for his or her own repatriation and all costs thereof. TnT Xtreme Wildlife Adventures will under no circumstances assist any such offender in any dealings or negotiations with any authority. Jurisdiction In all matters where it is or may be necessary to have recourse to the Court, the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country.  |
